His background includes building high-performing sales organizations, scaling mortgage and real estate companies, and creating systems that support long-term production and client service.

Alexander Torres

Chief Operating Officer

Alexander Torres is an experienced mortgage operations leader with more than a decade in lending, training, compliance and team development.

As COO of Your Mortgage Choice, he oversees daily operations, staff development, quality control and compliance across multiple states.

A former U.S. Army Airborne Ranger, Alexander brings discipline, leadership and a strong operational mindset to the company's growth and customer service culture.

Jose "Robert" Benenati

Broker/Owner / VP of Sales

Jose "Robert" Benenati is a real estate and mortgage executive with over 15 years of experience leading sales teams, mentoring professionals and growing successful businesses.

He is the Founder and CEO of 365 Realty, Inc., where he helped build a team of more than 150 agents, and brings strong experience in mortgage lending, business development, recruiting and client-focused service.
